4. THE DESIGN OF THE 4 SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLINGS
The new houses are arranged perpendicular to the Ponte dei Ladri Street, so as to make the most of both the orography and the exposure of the land.
With a regular shape, they are developed on two above-ground floors plus the basement creating a single housing unit.
Covered parking spaces are inserted between one dwelling and the other.
Beauty center
THE DESIGN OF THE BEAUTY CENTER
The beauty center is located on the north side of plot 1078, has a regular shape and is spread over two above-ground floors plus a basement floor. The concept of the project is to give the building the aesthetic appearance of a “glass cube”. Another element that characterizes our project is color, for this purpose we would like to used polycarbonate or similar panels that also serve as internal shading for the building. The color scheme we selected corresponds to yellow ochre and anthracite as for the 4 residential houses. These colors give a modern tone.
Basement
Access to the basement floor is facilitated by a connecting staircase that starts from the entrance hall on the ground floor. The floor houses a hobby room with a small sauna and the technical room with the laundry.
Ground floor
The main entrance to the building is located on the ground floor. The floor consists of the reception area that houses a linear staircase leading to the upper floor and another to the lower floor, then a room for the beautician and a toilet with shower. The space will feature large windows to promote natural lighting.
First Floor
Access to the second floor is facilitated by a connecting staircase from the ground floor lobby. The floor houses a hand and hair care room. The floor also has a toilet without a shower.
Roof plan
The building ends with a flat roof covered with gravel. The roof will also house photovoltaic panels.

Basement
Access to the basement is facilitated by a connecting staircase that starts from the always from the living area. The floor houses both the laundry and the technical room for the preparation of the thermopump. In addition there are two cellars including one for wine storage and finally a room made available.
Ground floor
Access to the ground floor is from the north, that is, from the two new roads that develop from the Via Ponte dei Ladri. From the asphalt driveways that, to the covered parking lot, access to the ground floor is provided. The floor will house an entrance hall with a walk-in closet to the side that directly overlooks the living area. The living area consists of a single room comprising a kitchen, living room with dining area, and living room. The floor houses a day service without a shower, the space will feature large windows to promote natural lighting and connected with a covered outdoor terrace.
